RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Want to make a return?
Not quite right? No problem, you have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to make a return.
ATTENTION
During the pre-Christmas period (from November 24th), we extend the return period until January 19th.
If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:
1. Access our Returns portal.
2. Provide your order details: order number and email or mobile phone.
3. Click "Start" to confirm you wish to initiate the return process.
Returned items must be in the same condition as you received them, with no apparent signs of use, properly tagged, and in their original packaging.
Return at a physical store.
Purchases made in our online store can be returned or exchanged through our website or at our physical store located at Calle Granada, 4, 29015, Malaga, Spain.
Purchases made in our physical store can only be returned or exchanged at our physical store. Exchanges or returns cannot be processed at Makarthy stores within El Corte Inglés.
Purchases made at our physical points of sale at El Corte Inglés can only be returned or exchanged at any physical point of sale at El Corte Inglés.

Each order includes one free return pickup or size exchange. Additional pickups will cost €4.95, which will be deducted from your refund.
1. Go to Returns and enter your email and order ID (You will find it in the order confirmation email and in your account.)
2. Select the item or items you want to return or exchange and the reason.
3. Choose your preferred refund method.
4. Select how you wish to return the products and prepare your return.
5. Confirm the return and follow the instructions sent by email to complete the process.
Want to change the size?
If you want to change the size, you can do so within 30 calendar days from the receipt of your purchase by requesting it through our exchanges and returns portal.
Once we receive your package, our customer service department will contact you to confirm the shipment of the new size. Size exchange is subject to item availability; if we do not have stock of the requested size, a corresponding refund will be issued.
Return costs
Each order includes one free return pickup or size exchange. Additional pickups will cost €4.95, which will be deducted from your refund.

Refund
Once we receive your return at our logistics center, you will receive the refund within a maximum of 15 calendar days. This period may be longer during Christmas, sales periods, and promotions such as Black Friday, etc.
The refund for returned items will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The cost of gift wrapping, or any other expense or service related to your order (except for shipping costs, which will be refunded), will not be reimbursed.
Return conditions
Gift cards, underwear, or socks cannot be exchanged or returned.
For us to approve a return, items must be in perfect condition, with external and internal tags, and retain their original packaging. Only products purchased from the online store can be processed for returns.
Defective product
At Makarthy, we strive to review every order and every item shipped. If, exceptionally, you have received an item different from the one purchased or the item is defective, please access our returns portal and select the option "The product is defective," attaching an image of the defect or damage.
At that moment, we will inform you how to make the exchange and send you the product in perfect condition as soon as possible. If there is no stock available, you can exchange it for another product or request a refund, and we will cover the shipping costs.
