ORDERS
How can I confirm that my purchase was successful? Plus

An automatic confirmation email will arrive a few minutes after you place the order. Otherwise, please make sure you have entered your email correctly and/or check your spam folder.
How do I cancel my order? Plus

To cancel your order, you must send an email as soon as possible to returns@makarthy.com, and provided the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it. Otherwise, you must request a return once you receive the package at your address.
How do I change the shipping address? Plus

To change the address you must send us an email to returns@makarthy.com, as soon as possible.
How do I make a purchase with a promotional code or discount? Plus

If you have a Makarthy promotional code, you can use it before finalizing your order in the "Purchase Summary". Enter the promotional code and click "Apply discount code". If the discount code is valid, you will see the discount applied in the purchase summary. Discount coupons cannot be combined with other offers and will not be valid, for example, during promotional periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or sales. In case of return or exchange, the value of the coupon will not be refunded. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

Makarthy reserves the right not to refund the amount for garments that have been damaged or used by the customer. Once a returned garment is received in our warehouses, it will undergo the corresponding inspection.
Exchanges and returns
What is the deadline for making a return? Plus

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to make an exchange or return. Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them, with no apparent signs of use, correctly tagged, and in their original packaging.
Can I return or exchange from home? Plus

If you need to make an exchange or return, you must follow these steps:

  1. Go to our Returns portal.
  2. Provide your order details: order number and email or mobile phone.
  3. Click "Start" to confirm that you want to start the return process.

Gift cards, underwear, or socks cannot be exchanged or returned. For us to approve a return, items must be in perfect condition, with external and internal tags, and retain their original packaging. We can only process returns for products purchased from the online store.
Can I return or exchange items bought online at a physical store? Plus

Purchases made in our online store can be returned or exchanged through our website or at our physical store located at Calle Granada, 4, 29015, Malaga, Spain.

Purchases made in our physical store can only be returned or exchanged at our physical store. Exchanges or returns cannot be processed at Makarthy stores in El Corte Inglés.

Each order includes free first collection for returns or size exchanges; additional collections will incur a cost of €4.95, which will be deducted from the refund.

Use this measurement guide to find your perfect fit. Please note that the values are approximate; if you already have a Makarthy garment in your wardrobe, we suggest that your usual size be the main reference.

Important: measurements correspond to the garment laid flat, not to the body. To choose your size, compare them with a similar garment that fits you well.

What is the price and delivery time for my order? Plus

Delivery cost and time vary depending on the shipping option chosen. In the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, delivery times are 24/72 working hours.
We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
During sale periods, promotions, or special campaigns, delivery times may generally be longer than usual.
Shipping costs are free for orders over €50 for all of Spain; for orders under this amount, the cost is €4.90.
